Taxonomy & Occurrence

Presbytis thomasi is a monotypic species (no subspecies). It is found in Aceh Province of north Sumatra, Indonesia, mostly north of the Wampu and Alas [= Simpang Kiri] rivers, though a population has also been discovered south of the Alas [1].

 

IUCN Conservation Status

Vulnerable
